The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 5,                                
2004, calendar (page 3212), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 377(FIN)                                                                  
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                     
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                  
    program; and providing for an effective date."                                                  
                                                                                                    
Representative Masek placed a call of the House and lifted the call.                                
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall CSHB 377(FIN) pass the House?"  The
